Towncar tipping

I know this has probably been discussed many times, but DW and I could'nt find it in the search. How much do you or should we tip for towncar service ?

I think $10 (each way) is customary for the usual luggage assistance.

When we use a towncar service, we tip $20 - $30. Usually, it's $10 each way. We split it up because we don't always get the same driver for both legs of the trip.

We tip $15 on the trip to the resort if we use the grocery stop or $15 on both legs if we have a lot of luggage.

I think this is not acceptable behaviour - not at all. I grew up in the midwest, and while I'd heard of cow tipping, I never did it. Now I read on the DIS boards about Towncar tipping and ...

Worse yet, Dr, they are actually talking about tipping the poor towncar DRIVERS! At least with the towncar there is less risk of injury, provided no one is inside.
