Can you give me the pros and cons of taking Tiffany Town car service or Happy Limo ( I hear they're both equally good) as opposed to the Disney tranfers? Thank you

Go with Disney.

I have done both and think Disney has it down to s Science.

It actually all depends on how many people you are talking about.

We had a group of 9 going in February - we did a Van service and saved alot of money.

The Van we were in seemed very unsafe to me - it was floating all over the road - and we had to slam on the brakes and I was so afraid we were going to hit the car in front of us.

The Van was not clean, nor was the driver.

We had to haul our luggage from the airport to the van and then we had trouble finding the van.

We get to the port in the pouring ran and get left off in the middle of a parking lot, as the only vehicles actually that go inot the port were the Disney buses.

Again we have to haul our luggage to carts on the parking lot -

And tipping all the way - so you wonder how much you really save.

So we walked in the rain and got absolutely soaking wet and cold and I wound up with bronchitis and in bed for four days.

So the next time we did the bus transfers.

You put your luggage on the plane and the next time you see it it is in your stateroom. It is wonderful

Plus you are taken right up to the port - so if the weather is bad you are covered.

Just my thougjhts.

I would say that if you have more than three or so people, then it is more cost effective to use a town car service. It would also depend on your flight schedule too. If you were not flying in the night before, then I might be inclined to do the transportation through Disney just to be on the safe side.

Aside from cost effectiveness (which doesn't apply for only two people), I really enjoy the convenience of a towncar. We used to do the Disney bus, and we enjoyed seeing the video...a few times, we had really neat drivers who really built up the anticipation too. But there were times when we had to wait a bus or two because there were a lot of people ahead of us, and we also ended up sitting in front of "sugar kids" a couple of times who amused themselves throughout the trip by kicking our seats (interestingly, in one case the parents sat VERY far away from them, even tho' there were plenty of seats close by). I also enjoy the control of being able to get to the port as early as I want. We've been using Happy Limo for a while now, and I don't think I could adapt back to the bus. Having your own private vehicle on your own time schedule will spoil you. Also, several times we have had really interesting drivers, which made the time really fly (we love talking to people).
