TOWL for friends of members?

We are planning a trip to take friends over New Year's in 2013, hoping to stay at BLT. We are DVC members and BLT is our home resort. The friends would be staying on our points, meaning we would get 2 rooms with our points and our friends would be staying in one of the rooms. Can they go to TOWL while staying at BLT on our points if we are with them?

I can't remember, and I am hoping so since I would love to have a New Year's Eve celebration at TOWL with them.

They would have to go up with you since they are your guests while there with you.
