Tower of Terror Refurb.

Does anyone know if the refurb will be completed by September? I read that it is under refurbishment through Summer 2019, so only one side is open right now. Our trip is Sept. 7th-12th and we are planning to visit Hollywood Studios on the 10th. My daughter really wants to ride Tower of Terror and I am trying to determine my Fast Pass strategy with the new tiering because our FP date is quickly approaching. I wasn't sure if I should use my Tier 1 FP for Tower of Terror, or for Rock and Rollercoaster, or SDD. We won't be going to the extra magic hours or rope dropping because she has Mermaid School at 8:00 at BC/YC. ETA- my daughter is 7, 48", and loves thrill rides.

Good to know for myself. Was going to select a Fastpass for ToT, but thinking RNRC may require it more if ToT is fully operational.

Unfortunately, this won't answer your question exactly, but keep checking the wait times on the Disney World app- if you suddenly see it drop from an average of around 2 hours to below 1, that's probably an indicator.
