I haven't been is 6 years so magic bands and no TGM is new for me. If touring plans and easywdw contradict each other on the least crowded park, which do you go with?

I've used EasyWDW in the past because I enjoy the blog, it gives detailed explanations about how the crowd calendars are determined, and all the information is free. It worked well for us on a past trip. We'll be using it again when we go back next month.

Not for nothing, but don't they both give detailed explanations about how the crowd calendars are determined? (imho TP does it a little more, because it gives more granular info for specific parks).

Easywdw has always been spot on for us. Touring plans has not.

Normally usually don't rely on them, but I go with EasyWDW when I look at them

Thank you! that helps a bunch, Next task is reading the Fast Pass plus thread and figuring that out!

flip a coin and most likely both are wrong...

i like the free one. I save $12.95 a year which buys me a decent 6 pack. if i have to wait an additional 10 minutes in a line because i went to the wrong "recommended" park, I just think back to that delicious hop filled liquid that I was able to buy.

I use both but have found easywdw to be more accurate. We did mid September last year... Low crowds, right?? Touring Plans was giving that week 1 and 2s.. Easy was saying 4's and 5's....which was way more accurate!!! There was a 40 min wait for Star Tours in September!!!! 45 min for Jungle Cruise....I definitely don't consider that crowds of 1 or 2.

I've only used Touring Plans for their plans and EasyWDW for his crowd predictions. Do I expect either to be perfectly correct? No. If he's wrong then we hop parks.

EasyWDW was correct for us this year, both in January and May.

I've usually used 3 or 4 different sites, TP and Easywdw included, and kind of averaged it out. For the most part we go in the fall, so we avoid MK when their are no Halloween or Christmas Parties going on, take advantage of the extra morning hour before hopping to another park later in the am, and take our chances the rest of the time.
