Touring plan now that EE is opening?

Hey all you newly seasoned EE riders? Can you recommend the best strategy to do EMH am at AK including EE? It seems like many don't really know it is open, so I am thinking safari, kali, etc will be busy as usual. How should we proceed once we get there early in the am? We leave in a week and would love some advice.

I don't think EE is "open". They have had a few random soft opening test runs, but I don't think there is any pattern to when they let people ride. In my opinion, your best bet is to try evening EMHs...that's when we got to ride last Wed. They were filming a commercial, though, so they had the CMs there to run the ride so they let resort guests ride.

If EE is open, you should have no problem doing Safari, Kali, and EE. Safari and Kali had such short waits when we were there, fast oass wasn't even available/needed. If EE is open, I would fast pass it if you can. With such low crowds (even on EMH days) you should have no problem hitting everything, even more than once.

Hi thanks. I've read rumors on a few different sites today that it is now pretty much opened since night of feb 2 and will be unofficially opened now. I am thinking optimistically. Apparently it was opened all day today or yesterday! SO trying to add it to my touring plan just in case we luck out.

Arrive at DAK 30 min prior to Park opening (EMH or regular hours).

Gates will open about 10-20 minutes before posted open time.
Everyone can walk to Tree of Life area for "Opening & Rope-Drop Ceremony".

If EE is OPEN (ask CMs)
Turn RIGHT and Go to EE first and ride that (then get a FP to ride it again later).

Then, go to Safari, take Stand-by line, ride, then see if the FP machines will issue a FP for Safari again by this time.

Ride (Standby Line) ITTBAB
Get FP for Dinosaur
Ride EE, again (FP)
Get FP for Kali River Rapids
See FoLK (now or later)
Ride Kali River Rapids (FP)
Get FP for EE
Ride Dinosaur (FP)
Ride EE, again (FP)>Get another EE FP
Ride Safari, again (FP)

Spaced throughout the day:
Stroll the 2 animal trails
Flights of Wonder and/or Pocahontas
Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade
Ride EE, again (FP)
