Totally OT - Help with identifying a Coach bag.

Does anyone know what this bag is "named"?

Trying to help someone out, and can't find any sort of Coach Directory, if you will.

If you happen to know the name, do you know when it may have come out?

I will try and get a name for you but after a quick glance I would bet that bag is not authentic.

The serial # on the inside would help too.

Is there a leather tag sewn inside on the lining/pocket? It would have "Coach" stamped into it and "authentic something, something"..(sorry, I don't have mine handy to know what it actually says) and it would have a serial number stamped at the end of all the wording.

I have a solid leather bag in a similar style and when I brought it home and started to pack it I read the tag more closely and it was called a "Lunch Tote"! I bought mine at the Coach Outlet. Good luck-it's cute!


Just curious to the PP, what is sending up the red flag from this picture that this is fake?

Register at the purse blog (forum.purseblog.com) and post this in either the authenticate this thread in the coach forum if you have concerns about authenticity, or just post a general question again in the coach forum. You can also look through their reference library for other similar looking bags.

The upside down horizontal C's jump out at me but I have no idea if that means anything.

OP, if you do a google search, there are plenty of purse guru's out there. You could even try ebay, they have members there to help people find out exactly what bag they have. They mostly help people find out if they have a fake, but they are very knowledgeable about what real styles Coach has put out and probably would be able to tell you what one you have.

That's what I want to know. I have seen bags that look like this one at the outlet.....

I actually think I've seen that bag at the outlet.

Might be an outlet specific bag.

The stitching seems a bit off to me not the pattern. The grommets/brads holding on the handle seem off to me also but that could be the photo.

If it is authentic, it's an outlet bag IMO.

That and the C's seem to be cut in half where the trim crosses. I was also wondering if that bottom blue trim goes all the way across in the front on the bottom. Is this the back of the bag?
The stitching is what caught my eye first. Seems off.

Could absolutely be an outlet bag.

Her husband is a Doctor, and unless he's been scamming her for years with fake Coach's, Dooney's, Kate Spades, etc - it's not fake.

We just didn't know what it was actually named.

The stiching...I've been shopping for these things for years for the wife...never saw one with that kind of stiching.
