My husband did it years ago. It was a wild success and he can do everything he did before and then some. He was faithful on all of his exercises and that made a difference. We were useless in helping him with home PT right at the beginning, so he rigged a pulley system that would raise his arm up and down. He would recommend it whole-heartedly.
