I have a friend who is in Disney now... she thought that Chef Mickeys was 2 table service credits so paid cash for sci-fi a few nights prior and was upset that she could have used her dining credits. She simple went to sci-fi the next... They refunded her money in exchange for the dining credits! Sooooo if u have a issue that needs addressing don't wait untill u come home do it while ur there if u can... They could gave said 'too bad, not our problem' but they didn't. Plus I think it helps being in person when u have a complaint.
Did she not review the DDP info that came w/ her package when she checked in? Or check into the DDP before buying it? Or when she booked her ADR's asked the person she booked with or looked at the info online? Amazes me that people do not do thier own research and ask Disney to do something about it. Just reminds me that all of my teachers used to have a little sign in thier room "A lack of planning on your park does not constitute an emergency on my part", I of course never really got that in school but see it more and more true everyday.

(who always wants to handle it later!). I stand firm and get it done right the first time.
It was a very old OKW room - carpet was threadbare, some ceiling stains, tiny TV - but aromatically okay! If it wasn't the middle of the night, I would have complained about that one too probably, but I was there on business and would only be sleeping in the room anyway.

I would think your DH would be happy with a deluxe resort for the cost of a moderate?
