Tortola Port Adventure - Tortola by Land and Sea TT-03

Has anyone done this particular port adventure? My parents are going to do this but we are looking for a sample "itinerary" from those that have done this. Specifically, if there are restroom facilities along the way at the stops. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!
