Anyone ordered from them, or familiar w/ the store?

DD is looking at swimsuits, and curious about sizing.

I love Torrid! I buy tons of stuff from them. Their sizing is different. I wear like a 16-18 in tops and I wear about 3 or so, depending on the shirt. I'm not sure about their swimsuits though. I haven't tried those...

i love torrid... i wear a 12 normally and a 0 in torrid sizing.

Torrid rocks! I love just about everything from them! Their sizing runs a little small for me.

I used to like Torrid, but their styles have changed a lot lately. I primarily bought Hello Kitty shirts from them since in regular stores they do not have my size, but they haven't had Hello Kitty things in quite a while. That being said, the quality of their products are AWESOME!!! I still have a few pairs of jeans I bought a good 3-4 years ago and they still look new! Never bought any bathing suits from them so I can't comment on that one! Good luck, hope your DD finds a good bathing suit!!

If their swimsuits run the same way their lingerie does, the cups sizes can be off.

I have to try on several of the same sizes for everything in the lingerie department. The cup sizes seem to run really small. Even the manager at our local store comments about the hit or miss of cups fitting. They had one outfit at Christmas time, that for every 1 they sold, they had to send 4 back, because of the cups running too small.

I wouldn't order a swinsuit on line. Go into the store and try it on. Now for shirts and sweaters, I have no issue ordering on line.
