Torn between two lenses

I am looking to buy a new 70-300 lens for my Sony A57 and there are two very similar Sigma lenses. The only difference (other an a small difference in money) is:

One is the APO DG Macro and the other is only the DG Macro.

Which one would you get for the Sony A57?

APO stands for Apochromatic, and in theory should have much better IQ.

Personally, if it's only a little difference in price, I'd go for the APO version as it's a newer, better optically design.
