TOP THREE JOBS --- If you could work anywhere in Disney World

I figure that a lot of DVC folks consider retiring down in Florida, or perhaps spending a larger part of the year near Disney upon retirement. With that said, imagine for a moment that not only do you live down there, but you also have picked up a little part-time (or full-time) job. What would it be.

List your TOP 3 choices:

1) I'd like to drive the boat for one of the fireworks cruises. We rented a boat for Wishes once, and it was a lot of fun. I kept thinking about how that must be a cool job considering he got to hang out on a boat, chat it up with the guests, and see the fireworks every night.

2) Regular boat captain, cruising across Bay Lake.

3) Photographer --- I'd like to be one of those people who take your photo as you go up Main Street.

I think I'd like to drive the train at the magic kingdom, be a riverboat captain on the jungle cruise, work at guest services as a tour guide.

My great fear is that I'd actually be a parking lot attendant in the far reaches of the MK parking lot - telling people to remember that they parked in the Goofy section on blazingly hot days!

My favorite jobs at Wdw would be

1) Greeter at Beach Club.....that would be Art's old job


2) the old job of granting magical dream prizes (Dream Team) of a few years ago....would love to give out stays at Cinderellas castle or give someone a free cruise or a lifetime membership to DVC

3 Driving the boat between Wilderness Lodge and the Magic Kingdom

This is easy. I am going to be the greeter at Orlando International Airport. One of the ones that wave the Mickey Hands directing guests toward magical express check in.

DH and I have talked about this before. He loves to drive and loves boats so I could see if driving a bus or a boat. Late night especially as he is a night owl.
