I like the shoe, it's so pretty and people always say it tastes great! It's so impressive I think too, even more so than many of the expensive cakes.

I just wish they had something like the mini-Castle and shoe for boys!

How adorable a CM agreed to pose as a stand-in. But nothing/no one can replace the real Bo. Don't they know what a celeb he has become??

Aw CP, your card turned out so wonderful!! Love the poem you put together!! Maybe you could get cupcakes instead? Like a mini cupcake tower, do they do those? I'd hate to pay all that money too, even though it is beautiful and not enjoy every single morsel of it. You're SO close to your trip!!

i recently had to order a custom cake for a client. let me give you some advice - be patient! if you speak to pat (the lady that's in charge of the cake ordering at the GF) she won't volunteer too much information. i had to kind of squeeze it out of her! i would start off by telling her what you'd like to spend and an idea of what you'd like to even see if it's possible. they can do a lot of things - just depends on what you want and how descriptive you are as to if they can make it happen. good luck!
