Question? I am doing the marathon at disney in a couple of weeks. So far in my training I have only had time to do my long distance days on the weekends. Because i am working and going to graduate school i can't get to the gym during the middle of the week. Well.....since i am on break now from school should i add back my weekday workouts or not (since i am now on the taper part of the program). Any advice would be helpful.
