Tonga toast at Captain Cooks

Do they only serve this during breakfast hours? I am so mad at myself that I didn't get this when we were staying at the Poly in October. I'm trying to figure out how to squeeze this in on our upcoming trip. It would be great if it was served all day.

Also, do you think it's worth it to eat it at Kona for the strawberry sauce?

Yes, the Tonga toast is only served during breakfast hours and there is no strawberry sauce that's served with it - only syrup. It's a great substitute if you don't want to do a full sit-down breakfast at Kona, but IMO it's definitely not the same without the special strawberry sauce!

I do not like it without the strawberry sauce. It's dry and regular pancake syrup just isn't right for it.
