Tomorrowland Terrace?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone would know if Tomorrowland Terrace would be open in late August? It looks like a good place to eat, I'm sure my little boy would like the theming. Anyone ever eaten there? I think I heard it's not always open, so I would like to know for sure. Thanks!

Seems like their hours are mostly 11 AM to 3:30 PM https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/magic-kingdom/tomorrowland-terrace-restaurant/ but that they only post them out for the current month (Desert party not included)

Personally, I don't think I have ever seen it open. Most of the time I even "Notice" it is when I am passing through on the way out the "Overflow" (because Main st is crowded for a parade or similar.) Although Last trip, I did spend some time on the terrace but only because of heavy rain. It still wasn't open though.

It has never been open in late August when we have been there and we have been at WDW for 4 of the last 5 years in late August.
