Tomorrowland Movie Preview at Epcot?

Has anyone seen/done this yet? We're planning an all-girls day trip to Epcot next Saturday for my b-day. While making FP reservations and making a list of things to do (going w/BFF who's never been) I came across this. Can anyone tell me exactly what it is and if it's worth seeing? Is it just a movie trailer that I could watch on the laptop at home or something different? I've never happened to be at any of the parks when they were doing these types of previews. Thanks!

Not like one you would see on TV. They are long, like 15-20mins. Really good and worth going to IMO.
