Has anyone been to Toledo?
Like it? Didn't like it?
Can you see fireworks from here? If so best time to make an ADR?

It's amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful. Yes, you can see fireworks. The food is magnificent! If you have time to check out the Dahlia Bar (its just on the other side of the same floor as Toledo), please do. It's also beautiful. Outstanding! Enjoyed appetizers and drinks on the outdoor rooftop area of the bar. And then had an amazing dinner at the restaurant. Stunning views. Just a magical night!

Had a great dinner on October 9. Food was perfect, appetizer excellent. Service was spot on.

Have another reservation for dinner on November 11. Can’t wait.

I was there opening night. I really enjoyed it. It’s not great for fireworks viewing but you can see bits and pieces. I definitely will go back.

We have an ADR there on our first night, Nov. 8. Plan on hitting up one of the bars before-hand too, and really exploring the new resort. Can't wait to try it out.

We had dinner there tonight. Beautiful resort, and the bar on 16 next to Toledo (Dahlia) is gorgeous and has some outside seating.
The food was excellent. We had two “small bites,” the Spanish potatoes and the paquillo peppers, and both were great. Entrees were golden tilefish and hangar steak and we enjoyed both.
Service was not so good. We ordered the best cava on the wine list and had to pour it ourselves all evening - the server showed no interest. No enthusiasm about the restaurant or menu. It’s really too bad because the ambiance and food were both exceptional. That’s a management issue; I hope it’s addressed soon.

Love it!! The food is delicious and great atmosphere. We've eaten there twice. Both times the food was spot on. As the PP stated, service is mixed. Our first trip (wish I could remember the waiters name) the service was phenomenal. He was on point the entire time we were there. He explained the theming behind the food and the flavors, it was overall a great experience. The second trip was good but the waiter was less experienced and not as aware of timing as far as bringing our silverware for our entrees and refilling drinks, but still good. My husband surprised me with a cake that he ordered from them for my birthday and it was delicious!! We will definitely be going there again.

We just left Toledo and, while the food was fine, the service was abysmal. After 15 minutes without a server stopping by, we flagged a manager, who seemingly had to ask several servers before he found the one assigned to our table. The restaurant was mostly empty with lots of servers standing around.

The manager did a great job of customer service recovery by immediately ordering an appetizer and having it sent to our table. We joked around, all was well. Life goes on, etc.

The service never got any better. We waited for 20-30 minutes between courses and finally left without dessert because after two hours there we were tired and had lost our sense of humor. Dessert and coffee had been ordered for 20 minutes and since we hadn't even gotten coffee, we just asked for the bill.

I didn't get a sense the food delay was the waiter, I think it was the kitchen because runners brought our food much of the time. I think they are very understaffed or the tapas are just too time intensive.

We had to ask for water, for water refills, for our plates to be removed and clean ones brought, and our cocktail glasses (which we'd gotten at the lounge while waiting) never did get removed. We left after 2 hours and 15 minutes and had three courses of tapas. The cheese course took nearly 30 minutes, which to me seemed ridiculous. When you order tapas, you're basically done in a few bites, so the lag time was really noticeable. If it had been entrees, 20 minutes would have been fine. THAT was definitely the server.

The restaurant is gorgeous. Definitely worth a trip to see it, but I wouldn't go for the food or service at this point. Maybe dessert was better, I have no idea.

My family and I dined there in November. The food was very good and the service was wonderful. Our server (Ryan or Brian, maybe) was always checking on us and doing drink refills. Maybe this is because we were seated towards the back of the restaurant near the server area? Not sure but regardless it was a very nice evening. I do think the tapas at Jaleo was a notch above but we didn't have any complaints about our meals or service.
