Tokyo Dining?

Tell me your thought on this place....is it truly a good place to see the fireworks, food, etc.?

We ate there 2 years ago (last time we had free reg. DDP) for my Dm's and DD's birthdays. We lucked out and got the corner window table and the view of Illuminations was awesome. The food was good as well.

I asked for a window seat when I made ADRs and also when we checked it. I mentioned the 2 birthdays. Of course, there's no guarantee.

My son wanted to eat here so I booked it, not really looking forward to it. I was so wrong! It was a great atmosphere, great food, and all six of us were happy with our meals. I don't like seafood, but I had vegetable tempura and it was wonderful. Most everyone else had some sushi, and one had the bento box.
We weren't there while the fireworks were going off, so I can't comment on that. But we enjoyed our dinners and will go back.
