At one point it was suggested that the refillable bottles on the walls would not be in use when the hotels open. Does anyone know if we will be using the individual bottles again or if they are using the refillable bottles?

We love the H2O products but the two girls in our party use too much shampoo and conditioner to use the little bottles so if that is what is happening we will need to bring stuff with us...if not, that's two less things we need to transport.

Just stayed at Vero Beach and they had the refillable bottles on the shower. The tops were covered with plastic to let us know they had been cleaned.
Yuck. I was so hoping they'd go back to the little bottles.

You could easily ask for more if you ran out.

For us, the little bottles were never enough so we always brought our own and took the little bottles home. We did have an issue with the wall bottles running out last trip and had to shower without conditioner one day and then when we got back to the room at the end of the day it still hadn't been refilled (even though we called prior to leaving for the day). When the mousekeeping manager came to change it, he told us they are designed to last about 3 days for a room of four. Since we opted out of daily cleaning, we did have to call one other time...but that time it was filled by the time we came back to the room that night.

So we are happy to see the wall units in use!

We stayed at the Copper Creek Villas last week and we had individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bars of soap, shower gel and body lotion.

Germs could be inside the bottle from prior guests. It's just gross.
Aren't the bottles locked so you can only pump out, not put anything in? Plus, it's soap (okay, and conditioner). It's clean by nature, plus Housekeeping is cleaning and covering the bottles. But anyone concerned about potential germs can absolutely bring their own (preferred) product.

Those wall racks are well secured with no way I could see to get the bottles open short of tearing them off the wall. You stand a better chance of the small containers being tampered with than the wall dispensers.

When you initially arrive in the hotel room, do you wipe down ever surface with disinfectant? If so what do you about the bed spreads. While sheets and pillow cases are changed out between guest stays the bed spreads are not.

Do you use a face while out at grocery stores? In essence a pillow case is a face mask for the pillow. Think about that for a bit.

While I like the individual bottles for my own selfish reasons, I have qualms about using the attached to wall dispenser due to germ concerns.

My selfish reason for the individual reason is that I go to sports car races where there communal showers buildings (like campgrounds, including Fort Wilderness). While staying at hotels for other type of trips, I stock up on the small bottles for use in the showers. I do the same for the small soaps.

I just bring my own shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash, and lotion... this way I know what I have, where it's been, and not have to worry about running out, and I know what its going to do to my hair and skin. I have sensitive skin it's important for me to know what I using. The H2O products are really nice.

In the large stationary container's in the shower are they using H2O products?

Yes, the products in the shower are H2O+.
