Has anyone else found it odd that both hosts of The Today Show have been absent for about two weeks at the same time? I just went to the website and they have a story about Dylan Dyer’s missing luggage and Craig Melvin’s kids starting school, but not a word about two missing hosts. Very odd

I thought the same thing. They have a lot of time off, it seems. I haven’t paid attention at the beginning of the show if they mention their absence or not.

It's the end of summer. I'll bet they will be back to work together in Sept.

They very quickly say something like “hoda and savannah are enjoying some time off”. Just odd they would allow both anchors to be out for extended periods of time at the same time

Honda was there last week. There’s a new promo like clip on Today show’s social media..”Back to Everything season” showing all the main anchors. I read a story about Savannah taking her daughter to a Taylor Swift concert a few weeks ago & being on vacation with her family. I would bet this is one of the lowest watched weeks since a lot of people in the north east take end of summer vacations & others have started school. Nothing wrong with both of them being off. NBC has a lot of other talented people to fill in. I don’t think anything is odd about it, nothing going on or wrong. I would bet money everyone will be back Tuesday.

I think this is normal. The View is on reruns from the second week of August until after Labor Day every year.
