Today has been THE WORST!

I get a phone call this morning- I have to go in Monday morning for an IV Iron Infusion so I can have surgery on 12/09- then I go to the dentist and they tell me that I have to have my broken tooth out before I can have my surgery on 12/09- spent the next 3 hours calling oral surgeons to find one who could do it- finally got an appt Tuesday at 1:30- In between all of that my daughter calls and she has swine so I have to go pick her up at college and bring her home (luckily she goes to school in town). My house is a wreck- it's rainy today which makes my fibromyalgia flare up- I just want to go to bed and get up tomorrow.

Ouch!! I would say that definitely gives you the right to throw a pity party..

I'd come over and bring something, but I don't want to catch the swine flu..

Seriously though - I hope it's a very mild case, she recovers quickly, and she doesn't give it to you before your surgery!

That stinks! If I lived in Maine, I'd drive over with cute pink cosmopolitans in the pretty martini glasses to cheer you up. And if that's a no-no with the fibro drugs, I can make virgin cosmos with cranberry juice. Still pink!!!

Thanks everyone! My fibro feels much better today- so that is good. I got the paperwork about my Infusion Monday morning and it even has pictures, which make me totally sick to my stomach (I am NOT a blood person). I went out and got an MP3 player so I could listen to music for my 4 hours of torture though.

Today I found out my car needs over $1000 in work before it can pass inspection........ AND the great part is that one of the parts is "back ordered nationwide" so I couldn't get it fixed.

I can't even believe it.......... laugh or you'll cry.........
