Does anyone have a toaster oven they LIKE? I used to love my Black and Decker Toaster Oven, had it for over 12 years, we used it every day, and it worked great. But then it broke and I HATE the new one.
Old one: had a lever you pushed down to start it...when it was done it popped up. The darkness setting was a separate dial.
New one: all it has is dials. You have to GUESS how long to set the dial and it annoys you with its loud ticking. Seems to take longer too. The worst part: since there is no definite setting one time you get under-done toast, the next time it is blackened and smoking up the house.
Does any manufacturer make one with a lever anymore? I can't find one online.
