To take a break or not to...that's the question...

If you don't want to leave the park - head for a nice air conditioned sit down restaurant. Lunch can last about an hour , but the kids seem to get recharged over a good long meal. Plus it is very relaxing and you can slip your shoes off under the table.

I have never left the park for a rest. Partly b/c I stayed off site and the hotel shuttles don't run all day. They start coming back to get us at about 6p.m. and since the last one bringing us to the parks is about 11a.m., coming back would be out of the question. The time passes so fast in the park anyhow. We relax on the bences and take an ice cream or snack/ coffee break and the babies sleep in the strollers.:bounce: :Pinkbounc

For us the break is the way to go but it is more of a necessity for us as DD has epilepsy and rest is very important to keep her seizure free. Before DD though I was a go getter though until one August it was 11 am in the MK there were like 5 zillion people and it felt like it was 200 degrees...Time Out!!!! Now I figure we go almost every year we hit the favs, try new things every trip and focus on having fun. If we see it great if not we'll get it next time. Just something to plan for the next trip:grouphug:
