Our Disney vacation will be from Oct 31 to Nov 10. I have never been this time of year, and don't know what to expect in terms of crowds or weather.

This is an adult only trip, a honeymoon actually, and I am wondering how necessary it is to have a PS. After reading about all the wonderful samples available at the food and wine festival, I am thinking just tasting around the world might be an option.

I guess what I am really asking is, will we be so full from all the offerings, that a sit down dinner would be wasted?

I was a bit surprised at how pricey and tiny the samples were at the Food and Wine Festival last year. Unless you have a small appetite or a barrel of money to spend you won't get filled up on them.
As far as the PS goes, at around 3pm we walked in and sat down with no PS/no waiting at Restaurant Marrakesh in Morroco. It was a wonderful meal with a relaxing and quiet atmosphere and the belly dancer did a great job.

Have a great trip!

Over a 10 day or so stay, I would make at least a few PS's at some of the restaurants that really look appealing to you. Maybe a character breakfast, those are always a hoot. Enjoy your honeymoon, congratulations.
