What do you folks think? Should I do a pre-trip report or not? I can't decide.

Getting the snacks ready! popcorn::

Just dont loose your spreadsheet!!

Yes, please do hang on to your spread sheet! :thumbsup2

My pre-trip is already up to about 11 pages. Chop, chop!

No need to worry....I have my Excel spreadsheets, I have created the file with our ADRs (for printing and laminating to put into our lanyards)...and I have loaded our ADRs into MouseMemo as well. I've also made sure to download and use ETicket on my phone, along with MouseMemo. :)

I've made sure in upload all the info for Coronado Springs into my phone, in case I need to call them...and have printed out all our info and maps and put into a folder for travel time.

I've made sure that I keep all these files resident on my laptop, as well as each email account (in case someone emails me at work and asks for the latest info)...and I've cc'd everyone that's going, including DP...

Oh, and last but not least, I've memorized our Reservation number.

Very nice!! :thumbsup2

You might want to make a note of the chain of command for resort management and contact info for guest services. I also keep the contact info for DVC member services and member satisfaction with me at all times. You never know when it might come in handy. ;) So far we haven't had to go beyond the manager on duty, but in the event that we ever have a serious problem, I am ready!

Oooh, good idea......you just never know....

BTW, did you ever decide on the shirt?? :)

Wow I feel so unprepared for our trip in June. :rotfl:

Since we live so close we usually just wing it.

Although I did my ADRs already which is very surprising, because we usually don't have any ADRs at all.

Unfortunately, with a group of 13, winging it won't be of much use...lol...

I am glad you have the Crystal Palace ADR! Looking forward to meeting both of you and your beautiful baby daughter! :)

Yup, that one....the Talbot's shirt.... :)

No. The thing is, I KNOW I will be back at the mall at least 10 times before we leave, despite my fear of damage to my beautiful car. (Some idiot put their empty Target cart IN THE PARKING SPACE with my car this AM. I almost had a coronary.) I should put the shirt in the car so if I decide to return it I will have it with me. I am a terror on white shirts, though, so maybe I should just keep it.

I love PreTrip reports, because they usually morph into live trip reports and post trip reports, so it's a win win situation. :)

I've debated about starting a Pre Trip report for our trip in two weeks, but....I don't plan much other than which park on which day. LOL ADR's? Don't do them. We wing it.

Looking forward to it all!

I know what you mean, I've been extremely careful with our rig since we bought it (2 years ago)...and after 11 months of driving it, some idiot decided that putting a blue cart into our parking space (while we were parked there), would be a good idea....so I have a nice blue smudge on the side that won't come off... :(

The worst ding on my old car was from a cart. It also had a dent from a branch falling on it. I was glad the branch hit the car though, because it narrowly missed DH! It would be lovely for the car to remain dent-free AT LEAST until it has permanent license plates. :sad2:

Shameless plug for my own PTR

JSG I almost forgot you had one! Heading over!

going you check out yours too!

I'm surprised how nonchalant I am with my new car. With my last new car I was so upset when I had an accident. And then again when I backed into my brother-in-law's car. You'd think that since this new car is my first luxury car I'd be more neurotic. I remember when I got it saying I'd wash it every week, wax it every month, etc. Yea, that hasn't happened. The one day I was pulling in to a parking space and rubbed the car next to me. Didn't phase me. I have a smudge on the corner of the bumper. It will probably buff out. I'll get to it eventually. A couple weeks after that I noticed a scrape on my driver's door. I think my zipper caused it when I was brushing snow off the car. Doesn't bother me. Maybe it's b/c it's a lease and I know I'll be turning it in in a couple years? :confused3 Or maybe I've learned not to sweat the small stuff.

If I ever need that information I wouldn't want to be without it. I do think it is worthwhile to note that I am not one to file complaints unless I genuinely have an issue. Like a cockroach. :rolleyes1 And they took care of my cockroach quite efficiently! ;)

What was wrong with your cockroach? Was he not up to Disney standards? I thought pets weren't allowed at Disney resorts?? :rotfl2:
