You might want to make a note of the chain of command for resort management and contact info for guest services. I also keep the contact info for DVC member services and member satisfaction with me at all times. You never know when it might come in handy.So far we haven't had to go beyond the manager on duty, but in the event that we ever have a serious problem, I am ready!

No. The thing is, I KNOW I will be back at the mall at least 10 times before we leave, despite my fear of damage to my beautiful car. (Some idiot put their empty Target cart IN THE PARKING SPACE with my car this AM. I almost had a coronary.) I should put the shirt in the car so if I decide to return it I will have it with me. I am a terror on white shirts, though, so maybe I should just keep it.
I know what you mean, I've been extremely careful with our rig since we bought it (2 years ago)...and after 11 months of driving it, some idiot decided that putting a blue cart into our parking space (while we were parked there), would be a good idea....so I have a nice blue smudge on the side that won't come off...![]()

If I ever need that information I wouldn't want to be without it. I do think it is worthwhile to note that I am not one to file complaints unless I genuinely have an issue. Like a cockroach.And they took care of my cockroach quite efficiently!
