It would be wrong to say that one person made our recent visit to the BC/YC concierge most enjoyable. So we would like to name the people who lent an ear, to listen to our gripes, a shoulder, to cry or lean on when things just didn't go right, and a hand, to make everything right in the "World".

and our "New Friends" Lauren (Cabana Boy?), Suzie, Elizabeth, and Diana from Canada (Oh Hey).

Fellow Dis members these are the people who make your visit a pleasure. As Elizabeth said and we are sure the others feel, "We take our jobs seriously and we take personally our ability to make your visit enjoyable."
