Yes Disney needs to hand them out at the gateCan we all just wear innertubes if we would be more comfortable with distancing?

A thought on "only eating outside". Last month we went on a rafting trip, with a short hotel stay on either side. Our intent was "only eating outside". The problem was, it was HOT. Like miserably hot. We ended up eating inside in the air conditioning a handful of times (we would be out and about, so couldn't just go eat in our hotel room.)
I imagine Disney in the summer would be similar. Intentions to eat inside, but then you need the air conditioning break.
Aren’t we all funny! I’ve done the opposite. I’m now *thinking* I’ll avoid F&W entirely. Too much touching and sharing and people! The only day I could go was a Friday and I think the locals will be there in droves. On the other hand, I’ve added more ADRs because I like to sit at my own table and know the food was prepared away from the masses.
My other plans are swimming, double-masking, and just being relaxed about what I have to do
We didn’t go to F&W on our last visit a couple of weeks ago but for the last few festivals, I’ve brought spray sanitizer and grabbed a few extra napkins with our food. The tables are not really clean, never mind sanitary, so being able to spray some disinfectant and do a wipe down on an outdoor table is something I will do forever, long after COVID. Same bottle of spray for hands and table!
Not sure what the value is of knowing you have covid if there isn't any treatment available.
Omg. I missed that part, as I only tuned in long enough to check the crowds during the event. Let’s just say I know where I WON’T be for fireworks if my trip still happens! Thanks for pointing this out.I watched the ResortTV1 livestream of Boo Bash last night. When I saw them trying to walk up Main Street, against the flow of traffic, with everyone leaving after Happily Ever After ended to get back into the hub for the event.. I don't think the moderators will allow me to voice my opinion, but I would recommend anyone watch for themselves.

If you find a good spot please let me know! Somewhere you can see that projections would be a plus.. but otherwise it'll be behind the castle for me.I know we will not be on Main Street for fireworks! Now to figure out another place to watch.
We like right along the fence around the planter on the castle side of Plaza Ice Cream, and the planter near where the walkways to Crystal Palace, Liberty Square and Adventureland intersectIf you find a good spot please let me know! In stark contrast to ResortTV1's live stream last night, today's vlog from Paging Mr. Morrow also showed last nights Happily Ever After but he was behind the castle with zero crowds.

Yes. There may be some spots slightly obscured, but being short, I find I actually see a lot more from there than in the crowd in the main part of the HubCan you see the projections from there?
I always travel with one and it's come in handy on more than one occasion (pre-Covid). I would bring it!Also just thought if it makes sense to bring a thermometer in my medication kit or not.. hmmmm
But people have posted how its a challange to get tested in FL and also many OTC are sold out. If this is a concern for you, the buy back at home and bring with.
If you test positive at Disney then you’ve already been contagious for a few days and could have spread it to others. So that you can quarantine and not give it to others. We all tested when we got home. My grandson became ill the day before we were scheduled to leave and his symptoms were similar to covid. My kids are all teachers and one of them was returning to the classroom the day after we got back. I can't imagine him going into a classroom full of children, knowing he could be positive for covid and just not bothering to test.
