I can see that happening very easily. We just stopped at the WH guest services to see about looking at a townhome (not for buying, but for renting) figuring they would at least have a "model" open, but nope -- all townhomes and condos are sold out!

I did the same thing in May 05...wanting to see a model...and they were sold out all the way back then! They actually sent me over to Windsor Palms where Pulte still had a sales office operating, but no luck there either at the time.

It wasn't until a year later when we came back that I met with the realtor, who took us into roughly a dozen townhomes that we were able to find some for sale on the "resale" market.

You can still find quite a few properties for sale but they're all through realtors, nothing new, except in what they call the "reserve" section where they're still selling and building a few dozen new construction pool homes still.
