I emailed MS about the report here from DalPal that she had been told by CRO that DVC was being eliminated. I told them I thought they should inform CRO to train their personell. Here is the email I got back.

Thank you for your email.

The information that you received is incorrect. I will follow up with the DISNEY RESERVATION CENTER
and make sure that the information that they are provided is correct.

Thanks much, Diane. Although I "knew" it wasn't right, it's nice to hear it confirmed. Even more importantly, it will help correct a CRO problem.

LOL! No I was trying to post this too quickly this morning before I went in for a biopsy! I just got back here and noticed that myself!

For some reason this thread caught my eye cause my ears were burning... And now I see why! LOL

(Has anyone noticed I finally downloaded the spell check for online typing? It catches some things, but not all! )
