We lived in VA Beach for half a year, not long enough! But we're supposed to be going back to that area next year We really enjoyed it there.

I live in Hampton which is a bit of a drive from VA Beach.

I hope you got to visit our historical sites, too, as this area is, well, very historical. lol

I'd be interested in a DIS meet at BG. I'm about 2 hours away but it's not a big deal. I'm off every Fri, Sat and Sun so any of those days would work for me. Been wanting to go to BG for awhile, haven't been since I was 12! Didn't use to ride roller coasters but love them now and hear BG has some really good ones.

VA beach is really nice. Went to the Neptune Festival 2 years ago which was fun, those sand sculptures were really great. Glad you enjoyed it. Virginia has a lot to offer, rich history, beautiful beaches and gorgeous mountains. I've lived in the same area all of my life.
