To all Soarin' Lovers - Flying 1st Class

[Star Wars Guy]

Just the other day, our family of 3 were the very first ones in line for Soarin' (right where the normal line and FP lines meet up). One of the CMs asked if we'd like to fly 1st class. He took us down Concourse 1, popped the door open and told us to sit anywhere we'd like. We were then treated to a flight on Soarin' all by ourselves. Since this is DW's favorite ride, this was a big dream come true and she had even mentioned days before we left for our trip that she'd like that as her Magical moment. After our solo flight, the CM running the controls asked if we'd like to go again. We figured by this time we'd be riding with everyone else....nope...we got to ride all by ourselves again.

My DW promptly stated this was her best day ever at WDW.

So for those of you who love Soarin', you might try to be first in line and you might get this special treat.

That's neat! We were chosen as the Soarin Family of the Day one morning, and got to ride the first ride of the day alone as well.

Congratulations to you! I'm so glad this happened for you and your family! We know exactly how your feeling because this was also our favorite magical moment that happened to us on Oct. 1st. We weren't first in line, but were there about 10AM. As we went to go get a fastpass, we noticed a man following us. He approached our daughter and started talking to her. He said he picked a special princess and her family to be the first class family for the beginning of the YOAMD!
