Can I please see the wording to any letters or newsletters or anything like that, that you sent out to all of the people that you invited to your DFTW?

I'm after ideas of what I can say to people to let them know that I'd love for them to be there, It would be understandable if they couldn't make it, but I'm not paying for you anyway... But in a nice way...

Any help or suggestions would be great!
