booty...I was just about done with my post when it disappeared.

Ev, you and your family have a safe trip and enjoy your vacation! Looking forward to hearing about it.

Pikester, I am so sorry to hear about what you and Sukie are going through. I do hope that everyone can be made comfortable and hopefully get on the road to recovery.

Shmu, congrats for rockin that test! I already told BF we're going to see you in September....

Has anyone been maimed on Millionaire? They called again today for some release forms. They are beginning to worry me. I have to bring my laptop this weekend, just in case there are more forms for me to fill out by Monday.

I spoke to my sister last night, and once she got over the shock that I may actually pull this off, she totally freaked me out about stuff I don't know.

D&D...I'm totally going to hijack the kids and talk to them about popular culture stuff. I have no clue about tween stuff and what kids are into today. Like if I got a Bakugan question....or who is Demi Lovato? Hopefully they'll teach me the Million dollar question!

On my personal questionnaire, they asked if I were active in any social groups. I totally told them about the Tkers!

Ok, so I have a list of things to pack. I must pack tonight as well as pick up a bag of ice. This sure is going to be a fantastic weekend!

Afternoon!

Magikitty, you'll do fine. And my girls can give you a few lessons on Demi, Hannah, and Selena Gomez. Oh, and I can't forget the Jonas Brothers. :rolleyes1

DL55, I know that I'll be riding all the coasters. I can stick the flat tker of you in my bag and take you on too. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the congrats on the test. One down, many more to go.

Guess the kids are having a great time Wendy. Hope they do write you soon though.

Good luck on that job D&D and if you do have to go back to school, the time will fly by. (That's what I keep telling myself. :rotfl:)

That would be so cool if they mention us on Millionaire. Hey, Flat TKers can take another trip?:rotfl2::rotfl2: We might be in Scotland at the same time though right? Getting confused on all the traveling.:lmao:

WARNING....WARNING....WARNING....
:scared1::scared1::scared1::scared1:
Ummm, well I was doing a google search of images. Put in word Hershey so I could come and post some chocolate.
Apparently there is a "lady" out there with the last name of Hershey posing in some, ummm, pics.
Oh be careful little eyes what you see:eek:
I now need to go and look at puppies to get these images out of my mind.:sad2:

Got a note from DD. She is having a great time, making friends, doing alot of swimming. Oh, and she wrote "PS please send me a dress for the prom"!!!!:lmao: Apparently they have a dance the last night of each session, and they call it the prom. So I am sending her her new sundress, along with the bra she needs to wear with it.

I absolutely cannot believe my DD asked for a DRESS!!!! Maybe she is starting to figure out that she is a girl?:lmao:

BTW, I'm packed!!! Just have to pick up the burgers tomorrow.

Shmu: You're never too old to 'brown nose'! :rotfl:

Wish everyone could come! We really will be thinking of you.

I'm too excited to think...I'm glad I don't have to pack.

My computer would not let me on...hope I can get back later. I need to make a few calls...

Evening everyone! I'm way-overpacked, but I'm ready!

It poured this evening. Again, the weatherman had it completely wrong. I hope the weathermen are better in Pennsylvania!

I submitted my personal questionnaire last night and had a 45 minute interview with my producer this evening. I feel like we're becoming friends, although she sounds like she's a teenager. She was very interested in the TKers and my fascination with Hello Kitty. She did say in order to get to the Hot Seat, they're going to use the fastest fingers thing. I have to cut my nails!

I have a younger nephew asleep on the couch as we speak. He's definitely more relaxed around me than I anticipated. Saw older nephew earlier. He's still trying hard to get to Hershey tomorrow night.

Wendy, I can't believe your DD is asking for a dress! Looks like she's learning a lot of things at camp! She's excited for the prom! We'll have to sign Hershey postcards and send them to both her and DS.

Woo-hoo! TKer meet tomorrow!

MK you are so sweet! I was planning to send the kids postcards from Hershey, but they would think it was so cool to get one from all the TKers! i will bring an extra address label for each of them.

You are gonna ROCK on Millionaire!!

I just got this on email and literally laughed until I cried! Enjoy.

All Packed and off to bed. 3am will come quickly. :woohoo:

I'll check in soon. :banana::banana:

Snicker, Snicker, Snicker!
4.gif
I'm trying to laugh quietly....I didn't read the bathing suit story until just now! I can just picture it!
Sad but true---I once saw a cow print bathing suit in the plus sizes! Like I don't look like one already!

I got the hair color results together:
I won't embarrass the poor guessers...We had a tie, both having 3 correct guesses---BKMETV and MagiKitty! (I think this is the start of a lucky streak for our next Millionaire).
I would like to thank all those who participated!

The Racer Family will have the following hair colors this weekend:
Racer-vampire red
DH-electric banana
DS16-after midnight blue it was a tie vote
DD13-electric lizard highlights
DD8-hot hot pink
DD6-purple haze

The guessing TKers thought these would be the colors:
Racer -- flaming red highlights
DH -- electric banana
DS16 -- tie after midnight blue or vampire red
DD13 -- vampire red
DD8 -- purple haze
DD6 -- hot pink

So I guess actually we only guessed DH correctly. Gotta love bananas!

Evening!!!!

Guess how much I have ready? Hardly anything. :rolleyes1 But it will get done...I am a last minute, late night type of person.

The pasta salad is made (no onions & olives) and the cupcakes are made. Clothes are ready to be packed.

The postcard from the whole gang sounds like a great idea. :thumbsup2 I may have to steal that idea for my stepmom if no one minds. She just had her chest port put in yesterday and is feeling pretty down.

DH won't be able to dye his hair. Apparently, he shaved it while he was away because it was so hot and humid down in Kentucky. Bonehead! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

D&D, I still might be on here when you get up. You just never know.

It's about time you showed up!
What a bummer about DH. Tell him we are all disappointed...his was the best guessed hair!
I'm going to bed early tonight...need the energy for the weekend. And besides we can chat in person tomorrow!

I tried to convince him to dye his goatee. No go with that one. Spoiled sport. :rotfl2:

I know I should go to bed early but I get so much more done once all the kids are in bed.

At least you don't have as far to drive. I mean your DH doesn't have as far...

I hope he didn't have too much rain to drive home in. We only had a little here. I've been watering the flowers...some did die in my hanging basket. I was away too long.

I think he was following the rain. I was just a terribly long drive to do by himself.

I'm not sure I'm going to get any sleep tonight. I'm just way too excited.
