I hope every one is having a zip a dee doo dah day! Pretty quiet around here today. We are having a restful day and just got through with lunch and watching a movie. I thought it would be fun to start watching some of our Disney movies as our WDW trip gets closer. Today's movie was "Song of the South". I actually saw it in a theater when I was a little girl. I am now so ready to hop on Splash!

Pikester glad you and Sukie like the Siamese kitty. I hope M&N did too. I hope you had a fun day at the fair and festival. Good deal on the books. Yay for the new microwave! They are lifesavers!

BKMETV if I ever catch you online when I am I will certainly see if you are there to play wordscrapper. I just started playing on Farmville so I do not really know what all the differences are between it and Farmtown. Since I just started it is not very interesting but I am doing pretty well on FT. It seems like there is more to do on FT but I could be wrong. Racer is on FV which is why I thought I would check it out.
OMG that is terrible about the little boy getting killed in the gazebo! We live right in tornado alley so they are just part of life in the springtime. We solved the problem and built an earth shelter home about 6 years ago. Now we generally sleep through the storms. Best investment we ever did! I hated running to the storm shelter. I always figured the lightening would get me before the tornado would.

D&DDisney did your day of yard work go well? I have all but given up on our yard. When it gets this hot if it's in my yard it better be tough enough to make it on it's own!

My friend who's mother has the tumor called early this morning. When she called I was not awake good and apparently neither was she. She asked for Judy and I said there was no one here by that name. As soon as I hung up of course I glanced at the number and recognized her voice... mainly because she was crying. I felt like such an idiot! I couldn't reach her back right away but when I finally got her she said that she had needed someone to talk to. Her mother had surgery Thursday and they removed a tumor the size of a tangerine. They thought she was recovering okay but at some point she did not wake back up. We had crappy phone reception so it was hard to catch every little detail. Anyway, they discovered that she now had a blood clot from the surgery so at the time we were on the phone she was in surgery again. So could ya'll please say a pray for my friend and her mom.

Hey Guys:flower3:
MK looks like you and I are the only ones on right now. Step away from the Ben & Jerry's-or share with the rest of us. I Love Cherry Garcia:love:

WendySo happy to hear about your dad and I hope he gets to go home soon. Bet he wants to get back to golf too.
Tell him if he is a good boy I will save up all the good golf balls that land in my yard and send them to him.:goodvibes

SCHBR'smom Sorry I haven't said 'hello' sooner. Where in Tx are you from? Native Texan or import?
DD loved The Hungry Caterpillar when she was little: loved all his books actually. The Lonely Firefly was her nightlight when she got scared.

M&N

LITCBet you can't wait to see your feet again:goodvibes
Stay cool and get more sleep-I don't know how much rest you are getting but you're about to get less soon so take advantage.

DL55 Safe Travels and have a Great Time:dance3::yay:

D&DI can relate about missing your dad:hug:. I hope you have a good day in Lego Town- I hate stepping on Lego's and they do wonders for a Dyson vacuum too-they spinnnnnnnnnnnnn around making a terrible racket!

Pikester Sounds like a good trip:thumbsup2

Who on here has a ticker that's about a day off from mine? Am I actually going to be at WDW at the same time as a TK'r?

Ahh my feet. Actually I am not to interested in those at the moment. They are SOOOO swollen! Ah well, only a few more weeks to go!!

LITC: I love M&M's too! My friend loves them but her hubby works for Hershey and she's not 'allowed' to buy them. I give her a big bag for her bday and sneak her some at times! Do not like the Hersheyettes---they may not even make them anymore? I did like the peanut butter ones Hershey makes though. Unfortunately, cannot have them now...

I'm off to see Time Travelers Wife and then to Mom's. Hope everyone has a great weekend. In case you are wondering...Racer and I are still at odds over racing! She thought I would change since I could not post it here but not me!

I absolutely SHOVE M&M's in my mouth, the baby may come out with a big M on it's tummy or something! Not sure if they make those Herysheyette things anymore, I never liked those either. I remember my MIL used to buy them all the time, then be "offended" if we didn't eat them.

How was the movie? I rarely go to the theater as I always seem to be "lucky" enough to sit in front of someone that can't keep their BIG mouth shut and I hate paying the ticket prices to hear some idiot talk through a movie. But I will probably rent that one once it comes out.

I am dropping in for a moment to say that the last couple of weeks have been very busy. I have been trying to take care of my mom's banking stuff. With her passing I didn't realize all of the companies and people that have to be notified. I want to thank you all again for the prayers that were sent our way.

Steven and I had a nice time on our cruise. When I get a chance I will try to post a TR.

DL55~ I see that you are cruising too. What ship are you going on? When you get back maybe we can compare stuff.

whgrn~ Glad your dad is doing better.

M&N~ I hope it was a Happy B-Day! I can always count on you for a laugh. Great e-mail.

D&DDisney~ We will always miss our parents.

LITC~ I can't remember when your little one is due. What is the date?

Hi~ Racetrack, Pikester, MagiKitty, Bopsmom, marie, BKMTV, disney54us, Kerrie.

Chat later.

Hey Sukie. Glad to have you checking in. Sorry for the loss and I hope you are all feeling better soon.
And my due date is October 2nd. Here's hoping that little one makes an appearance about a week early.

It feels like the holidays just get earlier and earlier every year. Of course they are always on the same dates but I think the stores put stuff out so early now that it just seems earlier. I'm figure this year with the way the economy is that all the stores will be competing with each other for the customers money so we'll be having Halloanksgivemas anytime now!

I kept having a nightmare last night that had us getting tornados. I think it was because the AC was on and making noise and then we had a fan on circulating the air so I could feel that while I was sleeping. Horrible, horrible dreams!

Hey Pike, I went to a book store last week and they actually already had a whole display up on halloween cards. Is it bad that I wanted to knock the stupid thing over??????

I was having nightmares one night his week also. I can't remember exactly what it was but it had something to do with transporting dead bodies or having to do something with them to get them ready for burial or something??? I can't remember but I know it was really upsetting.

I was out with hubby lovely french food and wine.....17th anniversary today.:yay:
catching up on all the goings on here.

Happy Friday ya'll!!!:goodvibes

Happy anniversary to you and hubby!

Good evening ladies. Finally a chance to see what everyone has been up to. What do you bet I get interrupted at least a time or two? I'm gonna go ahead and give it my best shot anyway even though most everyone has probably already called it a night. Soooo, looking back over the last few pages.....

SCHBR'smom, I haven't got started playing Mafia Wars yet but when I do I will be sure to see if you still want to adopt me into "the family".
Today I got off on Farmtown and stayed way longer than I should have so I am not sure I need another way to waste time when I should be doing something else. Trouble was that I found out how to actually make some money so it was really hard to stop. Too bad you can't make money in real life like I did there this morning. In about 10 minutes I made $60,000 harvesting pineapples.
I would like to think that if you have been in Texas since you were 4 that you would qualify as a native. I have been here all my life so I am an old timer.

I can't remember if I knew that you homeschooled. My memory stinks. Anyway, we do too. My son will be graduating this year and DD is in 3rd grade. It will be so nice to be done with one but I sure didn't plan well in waiting to start one 10 years later. I am going to be so old and gray by the time I get her through! I may be gray early anyway. She is my challenging child. Thank heavens for Loreal! I am in awe :worship: of you being able to teach at home with 4 but I guess you are used to having 4 all the time so it's probably no sweat, right?

MagiKitty, I should sign up to play Scrabble with you. I can do that! But I am like you in that I ain't too good at some of the others. I play Bejeweled ALOT because it is simple and doesn't require too much thinking! They need to add a Millionaire game on Facebook. You could blow us all away on there! Great job reaching your goal!
Did you say something about going to the La Nouba show? If you haven't got your tickets yet I heard about a discount. JLMK.
I never get to eat any Ben and Jerrys cause I am always on some
angry-smiley-8020.gif
diet so have an extra bowlful for me. Is it any wonder I turn into a dessert fiend when I hit a Disney park?
Aaaaugh! Kitty, you have just thrown me into a deep depression! I don't even want to be reminded that Christmas is that close! Last time we went to DL in December I swore I would never do it again because the holidays just came and went too fast. But hear I am again with a trip planned in December. Couldn't resist the holiday season in the park! So now I gotta figure out how I am gonna get in a trip, decorate, shop, wrap and then pay for it all and not come out wondering what happened and where December went!
I wasn't in style in the 80s so I will probably be out of luck now too. Just give me a t-shirt and some comfy jeans. That's about as fashionable as I am gonna get. I have a pudgy equator too.

D&DDisney, we have the Lego invasion all over the floor at my place too. Darn those corners are sharp!
Sorry you were feeling so sad yesterday about your dad. I was never particularly close to mine but even 8 years later I still get a tear in my eye when I think of him. Thinking about my mom leaves me totally wrecked for the day. I lost her 9 years ago. I am an orphan and my children have no grandparents.
crying.gif

disney54us, I really did not want to sound condescending when I was telling you about right clicking with your mouse. Did you ever figure it out with the help of M&N's instruction? If not I will go into more detail. I am truly computer challenged myself but get so tickled when I learn something. I get even more pleasure when I can tell my DH how to do something on the computer but that only happens once in a blue moon.

whgrn, glad you all had your computers to help keep you busy while you waited on your dad. So very glad to hear that your dad's surgery went well. He sounds like he is doing fantastic!
Glad you were able to finally make it home. That traffic sounds crazy!

DL55, Have a great trip!!! Hope you have enough room for some good souvenirs!

BKMETV, aaah another Scrabble opponent. Perhaps we can start a TKer tournament some day.
I didn't know they had tornados all the way up there!

M&N,
Oops-Happy-Belated-Birthday.jpg

I know exactly how you feel about your dad. My dad died young at 42. When I turned 42 it was just so bizarre to think that he had died at the same age. Now it makes me really sad to think that he never made to the age I am at now. Gotta add that I qualify as one of your "clunkers".
So how was the Time Travelers Wife?

Pikester it sounds like you and your family did indeed have a wonderful trip. That is such a great idea to enjoy some of the things close to home. We never do that. Seems like it has to be half way across the country for us to think about going to see anything.
Kids do say the darndest things! Your DS would fit right in with my DD. She is sitting next to me taking close up camera shots of her mouth. Lord knows why.... just what popped into her head.
Now you are cracking me up with the boogers comment! Only a mother....

LITC, good for you sticking to your guns and ignoring the person contacting you on Facebook. I have a couple I have accepted that I should have just ignored too but one is my sister in law and the other is her DD so I guess I felt like I had to accept. Nothing specifically about them I don't like. I just don't keep in contact with them much so don't really care for them seeing what I might decide to post. Anyway, at least you know that you don't care to talk to said person so really what would be the point of accepting them?

Bopsmom, too bad you will just miss us at WDW. Guess we all need to plan better next time.
Happy anniversary. 17 years is pretty good!

Sukie, it is a lot of work wrapping things up after a loved on passes. I had to go through the same stuff when my mom died. It took quite a while for me to stop receiving mail and even now every now and then something will still show up. I hope you are able to get the important stuff out of the way without too much stress.

Well, that wasn't so bad.... I kept a tally... only 5 interruptions! So now I can post... 2-1/2 hours later!

Thanks for supporting me on the facebook issue. Sometimes I feel guilty for not accepting but I know that I have nothing to say to this person, so like you said, what's the point?

Daddy's Home!!!!!:cool1::banana::yay::dance3::woohoo::cheer2:

He's doing great. Even cooked the burgers for dinner tonite, and enjoyed a big ol' piece of my rhubarb pie. Thank you God!!!

We had rain here today like you wouldn't believe! Absolute monsoon. I had to detour several times tryng to get home, becuase so many roads were closed! Then, when we got closer to our house, the roads were almost dry. And we are only about 20 miles from Mom and Dad. Weird.

DS does not seem to have experienced any great personal growth or change at camp. He is as ungrateful and unappreciative as ever. DSis asked him what he thought of his new room, and he said, "Ehh". WHAT?!?!?! Everyone who saw that room thought it rocked out loud, and said he would love it. And he can't come up with more than "ehh"? I have half a mind to dismantle the whole darned thing! It's gonna be a looooooooong year....

Off to bed. I am too p**ped to pop!

OMG, it's 4:30am and I still have yet to fall asleep!!!!!!!!!!! Please, please, please let the next few weeks go by fast!

Morning all:

Marie ~ We don't have to be on at the same time to play wordscrapper just take a turn whenever we're on. A game can take several days to play...I'll send you a challenge.

LITC ~ 4am!!!! You poor thing I remember those days...except for me it was waking up every day at 5:30...which drove me crazy since I am NOT a morning person. Hang in there.

Well Racer will be celebrating like crazy since Kyle won at Bristol last night.

Wendy ~ :cool1: Dad's home!!

Pike ~ So I guess you'll be busy reading for the next few weeks!

Hi to everyone else

Have a great day all

Racer - :banana:for Kyle winning but he shouldn't have won this week. I didn't pick him. :rotfl2:

Whgrn - :banana:for dad being home!!! That must be such a relief for you, the family and of course dad. :thumbsup2 Hope all continues to go well.

I know how disappointing it must be that DS isn't more appreciative. :hug:I've got that same thing here. However, mine destroyes everything he gets within days of getting it. So I have decided to just leave his room as is and strip it down to barely anything, until he learns how to care for his things. And when I say care I mean basic respect. Nothing fancy, cause I know he's a kid. When he leaves that room someday, we're going to have to rip out all the carpeting, sanitize it, and replace almost everything. :sad2: such a shame.

DL55 - Hope you are enjoying your cruise! :yay: Have a great time. :sail:

Marie - Many prayers for your friend. How sad. Good that you could be there for her even if you did have to call back.

LITC - I'm sending you sleep vibes.

If not for you than for the baby at least. Poor girl. I can so relate. Do you have a body pillow? I got one for my last 3 months of pregnancy and that seemed to help - somewhat. Also, being in a pool/water did WONDERS for me. Took all that weight off my body for a while and I felt SOOOO GOOOD when I got out. I had signed up for Aqua Natal classes where all us preggos got together 2x per week and did exercises in the pool. It was great. That really helped me feel good and it was not so stressful on my body or the baby. :thumbsup2

Hope everyone is having a good Sunday. :wave2:

Evening ladies! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Bopsmom...congrats and belated Happy Anniversary!

Marie....sorry to hear about your friend's situation. I'm avoiding all gaming on Facebook in general. Cannot afford to get addicted to anything else! I should also say that I should ALWAYS be on a diet. But dieting makes me cranky pants, and miserable in general. I try to eat well, and choose my bad stuff carefully!

There's a rumor (granted, that I started) about a September discount on BMG. Someone confirmed it, but they had received an email, one that I have not received yet. If I can get $30/pp tix, then BF and I are doing BMG, La Nouba, and MNSSHP!

Wendy, glad to hear Dad's home and already manning the grill! Mmm...rhubarb pie sounds wonderful! Sorry to hear about DS's attitude...maybe its the age? I'm not really good with boys. Sorry he's being ungrateful. I thought you did an amazing job on the room!

LITC...you poor dear. I'm sorry that you're swollen and can't sleep. Its hard work growing a baby! I guess you better name the baby something with an "M" if its coming out with one on its tummy. Do you have names yet?

Pikester....great job on the paperbacks and congrats on the new microwave! Wanna hear something crazy? My monstrosity of a microwave is nearly 25 years old! It must be some sort of health hazard by now. It was one of the first on the market....but he's still cooking!

Hello to everyone else! Tonight is the last night of Millionaire. I have to be ready for combat!

Oh, I stopped by the Racino yesterday. I had a postcard for $20 free play. I hit a jackpot and won nearly $300! Went straight into Disney fund. :woohoo:

M&N, we are down to 100 days! Double digits tomorrow! YIPPEE!

LITC, I hope you get to rest some tonight. And no more nightmares!

whgrn, it is wonderful that your dad is home. That alone has got to make him feel so much better than being stuck in the hospital.
Wish you could send me some rain.
Too bad about DS. Teenagers can be so exasperating... and ungrateful.

BKMETV, that is pretty cool that we don't have to both be online to play wordscrapper. They are pretty smart thinkers! I got lucky on my first round so don't expect all my words to be so good.

D&DDisney, another ungrateful child, huh? Just think... their day will come when their own children get them back.

MagiKitty, good luck getting your discount tickets. Did you miss where I asked if you had gotten your La Nouba tixs? I read something about a discount if you want me to pass it along to you I can but I don't think it would not be as good as your $30/pp tix.
Good luck on your Millionaire.
Great job adding to your Disney fund!

DS had me watch "Tombstone" with him today. Not hardly along my Disney line but it was pretty good if you don't mind LOTS of bloodshed. Think I need to go watch something more heartwarming next. Anyone got any good suggestions for my next flick?

Marie, I did see that promo for La Nouba, the one for APs? Its only available for Tues, Wed, and Thurs shows, so I'm deciding which day I can fit it into the schedule....

congrats on almost double digits!

I liked Tombstone. In graduate school, my male neighbour and I had lists of movies you must see...so he made me watch Tombstone. Hearwarming, huh? For me, its Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, Xanadu, Muppets from Space, Beauty and the Beast, Empire Strikes Back...how about My Big Fat Greek Wedding? Lots of fun, not too heavy.

I'm so frustrated! I just watched Millionaire. Meredith Viera was the guest. She invited all the people who didn't get into the hot seat to her show! My batch wasn't invited! I'm more determined than ever that Millionaire will call me back now...

Good evening TKers!

Still muggy here in NH. When will it end!

Magikitty: NO FAIR! :headache:

Maire: How about Goonies? Funny, scary and heartwarming all in one. I'm sorry to hear about your friends Mom. Pass this along:hug:

Wendy: :woohoo:for Dad being home! Sorry that DS wasn't more appreciative. Don't you just want to thump him?

LITC: I'm with D&D, I had lots of pillows the last few weeks with my DS8.

Ben & Jerry's ice cream is sooo Yummy! I love Chubby Hubby but haven't had any in a very long time. We were suppose to go tour the Ben & Jerry's factory over in VT during our mini vacation but decided to try it later this fall during the foliage.

BKMETV: Yes, I will be very busy reading! I just purchased a few books from Walmart this morning because I have to keep up with the newest released books too. --So how was your DD appt? I've noticed that my kids teeth are doing some funky stuff too. I think braces may be in their future. While on vacation I was stuck sleeping with DS11 and he was grinding his teeths something fierce! He has a dentist appt coming up soon so I'll be asking the Dentist what we need to do to fix that.

Hello to anyone I may have missed!

Good Morning,
Going in to work all week. Gotta give a presentation on how to handle the Swine Flu at our school. Been on the CDC website to get real facts so I can impliment a plan for our students & teachers. Wish me luck!

There's a rumor (granted, that I started) about a September discount on BMG. Someone confirmed it, but they had received an email, one that I have not received yet. If I can get $30/pp tix, then BF and I are doing BMG, La Nouba, and MNSSHP!

Oh, I stopped by the Racino yesterday. I had a postcard for $20 free play. I hit a jackpot and won nearly $300! Went straight into Disney fund. :woohoo:
 for BMG. When I mentioned to DH that you were going to see them he said. "I like that group too. That would be a fun concert." Who knew???:confused3

 on winning money for the Disney fund!!!

.
I'm so frustrated! I just watched Millionaire. Meredith Viera was the guest. She invited all the people who didn't get into the hot seat to her show! My batch wasn't invited! I'm more determined than ever that Millionaire will call me back now...

When we heard that last night, DS7 and I said "NO FAIR! They should've asked Kitty too." My DH thinks that you will definitely get a call back now. I believe he is right cause before Meredith came out, he guessed she was the "special guest" and that she would switch w/ Regis and he'd be in the hot seat. I know you're going to get a call soon!!!!:thumbsup2

Pikester - I grind and clench (sp?) teeth at night. Dentist thought I needed some expensive appliance to stop it. Someone told me to buy a $1 sports mouth gaurd at Wal-Mart and it has worked wonders. I put it in each night (not pretty) :bitelip: and it really helps.

DL55 - Hope you're enjoying Alaska. :boat:

Bopsmom- Have a great first day back at school!

Good morning everyone! I'm hoping that the rainy season is over up here...I need to get some laundry on the line soon!

D&D...good luck with your presentation! We just talk here about the importance of washing hands and to cough into your elbow. Make sure you dispose of tissues properly, and any sign of fever should be reported. Unfortunately, with the fall weather, EVERYONE gets sick, and not just with the swine flu. Plenty of anti-bacterials (although influenza is a virus, not a bacterium) and wiping down of everything!

Thanks so much D&D for the support of you and your family! I was really really mad last night about the second chancers. I truly hope that I get a chance to redeem myself! I figure, they have all my info on file already, it would just be easier for them to use the pre-existing contestant pool rather than looking for new people.

That is a great tip about teeth grinding! I do it too, only when I'm stressed out. I wake up with a splitting headache and my cheek hurts. My younger nephew does it too...I'll have to pass the great tip along!

Pikester...I've always wanted to go to the Ben and Jerry's factory. Waiting untill fall will be such a beautiful drive! When I drive to Albany, I'm always tempted to head east into Vermont. I also want to go to Springfield Mass to go to the Dr. Seuss Memorial too....

Have a good day everyone! I'm going to be waiting for my email for BMG, and for Millionaire to call!

Where's that M&N been lately? :confused3 Vacationing again I suppose.

M&N usually spends her weekends at her Moms. She should come back soon. Unless she's still partying for her birthday!

Happy Monday all:

[BKMETV, that is pretty cool that we don't have to both be online to play wordscrapper. They are pretty smart thinkers! I got lucky on my first round so don't expect all my words to be so good.

It's a great game...you just have to remember to check every day to see if it's your turn.

Muppets in Space???:lmao::lmao:
Never would have thought of that one...my fav light comedy is Princess Bride...just love the cast. On the little more raunchy side I love Porky's, a low budget teen flick Kim Cattrell made in her twenty...some of the scenes are priceless.

BKMETV: Yes, I will be very busy reading! I just purchased a few books from Walmart this morning because I have to keep up with the newest released books too. --So how was your DD appt? The Ortho guy is a friend so he just blew it off by saying it will be easy to fix...have an ortho surgeon pull the extra tooth...pull some baby teeth to make room for others...braces to fix her bad overbite:eek:...but all done over a period of years. Thank god for dental coverage!! She has an appointment in Nov to cast forms of her mouth.

Better get my butt in gear. TTYL

Hi everyone. Got caught up but my brain isn't in full gear to concentrate on commenting on everything. I just cannot stand heat. I was tired when I got home today. Mom and I went shopping this am. She gets dad's associate discount at JCP and it was extra off so we went. She wanted a new toaster oven and it was on sale and the extra off gave her about $40 off. It is bigger than her old one and will hold casserole dish good. The she won't have to use her regular one. Glad the microwave was found...I cannot live without mine!
I really enjoyed Time Travelers Wife...but as my friend said before I went, you see a lot of bare butts! Of course his wasn't bad at all! I didn't get why he lost his clothes when he time traveled but. :confused3 Has anyone read the book? I saw an article that described the differences.
I must get my snack figured out. I am supposed to have it between 8 and 9...but I have blood work tomorrow and they don't want me to fast more than 12 hrs so I'll just be a little late with the snack. I have to have something that's 15 carbs and some protein. Guess I'll go with nuts tonight...already had 2 fruits. And 1 little graham cracker and a cup of milk just doesn't make it tonight. If I could think right, it would be a lot easier...I think allergies are starting too! (It's NOT because I'm 59 now! :rotfl:) BTW---thanks for the wishes...belated ones are just as good!

Where are all my friends? I imagine a lot of you are busily getting ready for school to start. I do hope it was a good day that kept you from me!

Ev, Muppets from Space rocks. I've always had a soft spot for Muppets, but that movie is awesome. Most of the music is Stevie Wonder or Earth, Wind, and Fire. I love Pepe the King Prawn! Its a more recent movie, so you'll recognize a lot of the suprise stars.

Ok, I have to brag a little. First, I have the most amazing boyfriend. He's wonderful for putting up with my zany ideas, crazy antics, insane planning. I love his laid back attitude and how he really doesn't care what I have up my sleeve.

All this praise is due to the AMAZING PLANNING DAY we've had. Boyfriend had a $25 credit with Hotwire, so we bit the bullet today and booked a room for our arrival night. We're arriving at 9:30, and are picking up our rental car the next day, so we needed an airport hotel with a shuttle. So we found a 4 star hotel on Hotwire for $52/night. With taxes, minus the credit, we paid $42 for the Hyatt Regency. Most of you know this hotel as the one in the airport! We've always talked about staying there, and now we are! :woohoo:

Great deal 2: called about La Nouba tix. Found out just make a reservation and pay at will-call day of show. Perfect! We are now reserved to see Cirque de Soleil! Awesome! With my AP discount (which the agent didn't know about, I had to correct her), we have two seats for $108!

Great deal 3: apparently September is also Magical Dining Month in Orlando. I made dinner reservations at Emeril's at Universal Citywalk for after we see BMG! And for the promo, its a $30 prix fixe menu! I have always fantasized about eating at Emerils, but they tell you to budget ~$100/pp....I could never do that. But for $60? Its a deal!

Great deal 4: finally cashed in my credit card points for my Sea World tickets. Two days at Sea World for free! Just have to find a way to get cheap parking....

This trip is really turning out to be a fantasy trip. I cannot beleive how blessed we are. Now I just need to get my BMG tix and we are all set. Doing the happy dance! :cool1:

Sounds wonderful Kitty...thanks for the card I got today. I got $20 from BJ's today for using my BJ's VISA. That was an unexpected surprise too. I can always find some goodies there.

Just to let you know what a wonderful friend I am...I posted Racer's NASCAR picks and she came in 3rd...I was way down there this week. I should have taken Kyle out of her picks but I am too nice!!!

You are wonderful M&N! Congrats on your surprises...what snack did you have? I'm feeling kinda noshy myself at the moment.

I didn't get the snack yet...I'm really not hungry for things I should eat! But I need to get it in in 30 minutes at least. I really want ice cream but want more than 1/2 cup so I may as well not have any!
