Hey Kitty ~ Kerrie just posted on FB that the new baby's due date is Dec 9th...when all perfect people are born!!

Yeah, before Ev, I had only met one other person to share my birthday with. But I have lots of fellow Sags friends. I think we just gravitate towards each other. December and September are big birthday months in my life.

Just always forget about the other Sag TKer - ME. You know I''m only 1 week later.

I decided to cancel one of our ADR's and go and eat at Trail's End at the campground. And I finally made our hotel reservations for the drive home.

Hey...I'm one who thought it was ok to tazer that kid on the baseball field!

Yeah...she's got a mean streak in her.

I can keep secrets like crazy. And I have a knack for getting people especially my family to spill them to me. Nobody has gotten seriously mad at me for keeping a secret but I have been called a few choice names when the secret was finally told.

Hey, just this once I thought I should ask DH first. I won't let it happen again. So, I'm debating on our ADR's for Marakesh. Should I keep it? Go somewhere else? Do you think we'll like it there?

If it wasn't such a great secret, I would have been mad. You're very, very lucky.

I just looked at mine and they are just starting to show their purple. I will cut some tomorrow it they are open more. I never enjoy them out beside the garage. Dumb me never thought to cut them and bring them inside! I can take mom a bunch for mom's day! Thanks for the idea.

Uh-oh! Don't jump on that bright idea of mine just yet! I brought the batch of iris in today because there were so many they were top heavy and the wind had blown them over. Other times I will bring some in when I find that they have been casualties of my DH's reckless mowing. I figure under those circumstances I might as well enjoy them. However, tall bearded iris do not really make very good cut flowers. They absorb way too much water and end up only lasting a day or two. If you have a smaller variety they may do better. Just thought I should warn you so you don't expect them to last for very long. Although... I guess enjoying them a few days is better than not getting to enjoy them at all.

That's always so exciting to get that part done! Makes it seem closer.
My step-DD is at Disneyland right now. She has been calling me everyday with updates and sharing her excitement with me.

I've eaten at Marrakesh! Its definitely an experience. But if you're going for the food, the CS place is just as amazing...On a hot day though, its wonderful to be inside and watch the bellydancing show. I guess that didn't help much.

I've eaten at Marrakesh! Its definitely an experience. But if you're going for the food, the CS place is just as amazing...On a hot day though, its wonderful to be inside and watch the bellydancing show. I guess that didn't help much.

MK, I'm just trying to find places that DH can enjoy and DD can find something to eat. And DD8 is very picky too.

I think Marrakesh would be a good choice for DDs. I really like the food there. I always eat there and Japan. And I get fish and chips in England too.
