Glad things went smoothly for Elowyn's arrival. Do you have all the little pink things for her? I missed out on the pre baby discussions. I think it would be good to know the sex of the baby. I used to tease that I did not like to buy generic baby gifts for my friends. I'll keep my eye out for that cutie's first TK picture. Take care of yourself too.

Hi everyone! Just wanted to quickly post an update...

Elowyn arrived this morning at 5:24am after a 2 1/2 hour labor. Quite a big difference from Rylan's 13 hour labor! She's 6lbs 10oz. She's a sweet little thing, content and doesn't fuss at all. She had low blood sugar for most of today, but finally got it back up to normal tonight. Rylan met her this afternoon and was so curious about her...it was precious.

I'm not sure exactly when I'll be discharged, but hopefully I'll be able to get some pics up soon. Thanks so much for the thoughts and prayers!

Absolutely! They never have caffiene free, sugar free stuff, so unless you just drink water, you're out of luck. I can't imagine they would begrudge you bringing in something they don't have available!

Good morning ladies! Happy Birthday Elowyn, and congrats to Mary and the rest of the family on the arrival of your little girl!

It was flurrying this morning when I took the dog out. I said a few unladylike things when I saw it.

I only hit the penny slots! And I like the pretty ones, the ones that sing, or have pretty pictures. I figure if there's a chance I may lose, I may as well be entertained. My local casino sends me all sorts of coupons so I gamble with that free money and maybe a $20 more. But I do know when its time to leave!

I get the sugar-free Hawaiian punch packets. It is so yummy and just convenient. I have no shame, I'll whip that puppy out of my purse and throw it down. But I'm also a huge fan of water with lemon. But I can't resist a good ice tea!

I need some computer help. Trying to put a new avater up. I have a photo at PB that I want to use. I've resized it but I don't remember what url I'm suppose to use from there. I've tried them but I keep getting Invalid File or File is to big.

I didn't use bucket for my avatar. I uploaded straight from my computer. Where's JO? She knows how to do these things....

Pikester, I usually just upload from my computer too. Just save the smaller version from PB and try to upload to here that way.

If it's saying the file is too big, check the properties of the picture. Right click on the picture, hit properties and it will give you all the sizes. Even if it is technically 100x100 like they want, it could still be too many KB's. I believe it has to be under 3.9KB's.

It's cool here this morning too.... but no snow. Emma ran out this door this morning in her shorts and ran right back in! Looked pretty outside but it was a bit too nippy for her.

marie: It was beautiful and green until the snow came. Now it's green and white! More white then the picture I just posted and that was just a little while ago. We will be getting warm temps starting tomorrow so it should melt.
