I'm glad to hear Ghana won. I like to root for the underdog. A habit I picked up from rooting for my local college.
Rainy and dreary good morning ladies!
Its World Cup Fever from my couch! I watched South Korea vs. Greece, am presently watching Argentin vs. Nigeria. Waiting for the US/England match later today. I did do some world cup picks, but already I'm down since yesterdays matches ended in draws.
Its all very exciting and rather foreign to me. To think of how much of the world is invested in this sporting event. Plus there are a lot of cute boys running around.
He was very nice and I think he thought I was going to yell at him. But I didn't. STayed extrememly calm and just wrote down info til the cop arrived. He said since the the damage seemed minor we could just exchange info. I take the van for the estimate on Mon. and then I will call the family and tell them how much it is. If they can't afford it, then we'll have to do insurance.
I am just so glad that my kids were not in the car at the time and that it wasn't more serious. I mean really....a distracted driver can be deadly. He could have really injured someone.![]()
We refer to the start of the World Cup as...Let the Eye Candy begin!! I'm afraid I was cheering for England since my father was English and a huge soccer fan.
Just dropped by to say hi...I'm off to my sister's for the night...have to be a the hospital at 7:30 for 9am surgery. Talk to you all in a couple of days.

See you soon.

) Anyway, they were listening to the radio and DS12 came across this station where they were playing old radio shows/stories. They were complete with bad sound effects and everything. The boys both started listening for an hour. They were so into the story, laughing and huddled aroudn the radio. They thought this was some new story hour or something.
Its funny how all old things are new.Warning....Auntie B has to brag a little!
