Do the gels crack or want to fall off? How often do you have to get them done? Do you paint them yourself?

I have gel nails. They're not as damaging to the nail bed as acylics, but they definitely do some damage.

So when Walter gets up, is he crying? Cranky? Or just want Mommy? Does he go back to sleep?

He wakes up crying and quickly goes to screaming if we dont come in fast enough. He wants a bottle, pronto, but he always has woken up like that (wanting a bottle) we bring him in our room and give him his bottle but lately he doesn't even finish it then he's ready to play. He used to go back to sleep, but he stopped that about a month ago.

I saw that Cake Boss's wife had their baby this evening at 5:11pm! They named him Carlo Salvatore. Carlo is the man that Buddy's father bought the bakery from and Salvatore was one of the old men who worked at the bakery and died last month of cancer.

I do a lot of dish washing and scrubbing and I've never had a gel crack or fall off. They're a bit more expensive than acrylics, but I get them done every three weeks to a month, depending. I usually have them painted there, and the color lasts also for nearly a month. Maybe towards the end they start to look a little dull, but you can take the polish off without ruining the gel.

Oh wow, then these 5 am wakings are a get up and go thing. Ack! Walter, be nice to Mommy and let her sleep a little longer!

Have you tried giving him his bottle in his crib? Or do you have to hold him? I know some kids want to do their own thing when they get older. He's just too loving...wants to play with mommy and daddy!

LITC, 2 of those new teams on fantasy racing are my kids. And sorry Walter is going through this phase. If it keeps up and you really, really need him to sleep later, you could always do your best to keep him up a little later. I know, easier said than done and neither is easy on you.

I have these insanely strong natural nails. They never break. I like having them long but then they get annoying. Then I cut them short and start all over again.

Some of my nails will grow better than others. My index nails for some reason seem to be stronger than they used to be. One of my nails used to split if it got only a little long. I love nails that have a little design or bling on some.

I never give ohm a bottle in his crib, because they saw not to because the milk "pools" in their mouths and can cause decay. Although if he's awake it may not matter as much, but I still do t want him to get used to it.

Jo that is a thought also. He was up slightly longer today so I will see how tomorrow morning goes!

I never had strong nails, but my mother always has. I usually had that one nail that could grow and the others would all be short.

Its so windy outside I'm afraid to go out and check if my garbage cans are still out there. The garbagemen come at some insanely early hour and there's no way I'd ever be able to get it out to the curb that early. I just hope they're still there!

I use to paint my nails all the time too. Now everytime I buy nail polish, the kids steal it from me. Maybe once they all move out, I'll paint them again.

I had a good nail polish store at the Dollar Store today. I got those polishes with the pointy brushes so you could do designs. I'll have to experiment with putting different designs on my toes.

Don't you know JO that kids are there to paint your nails for you! Make them work a little!
