The nails look great, thanks! Got a french manicure with a flower on the ring finger. I have huge enormous man hands (size 10!) so the longer the nails, the more I can disguise their freakish size. I'm lucky that they taper a bit, so they don't look that monstrous.

I imagine there was a run on the roses. I like Gerbera daisys. They're just so loud and cheery--like hell yeah! I'm a flower!. I also like orchids, but that's largely coz we grow them in the Phils and they're all over the yard and the balconies.

I wish I had long nails! Mine are short.

I agree D, I couldn't get used to how I had to change how I even typed on the keyboard. I had them on one day and took them off.

I had a good day at work. This librarian is stricter than the one I worked for last week so the kids didn't drive me crazy.
At 5pm it was 41 but wind chill of 31! What a wind...

I had fake nails once...had them professionally put on. I do not know what kind they were. But when They started falling off my real nails were awful. They had bumps and grooves in them. I did like them but not when they fell off! I don't even bother to paint them now and I just love how they looked painted. Not worth the hassle I guess with no one to impress!

Its funny, I've had tips so long, I can't have shorter nails now. I tried a few months ago, but my man-hands really just bothered me. I can pretty much do anything with them.

Hello everyone else. Simple valentines day here. Walter and DH bought me a Mickey nintendo ds cover that I saw awhile back and liked. plus a card from each.

M- he might be hungry, or he may just be adjusting a little. He isn't napping as long during the day and he is falling asleep a little earlier.

Sounds like you had acrylic nails. If you let them fall or crack off they destroy your natural nails. If you go have them professionally taken off it does less damage.

I like calla lilies myself. I even had my florist design my wedding bouquet with them.

How will Walter's sleeping be messed up with daylight savings time? If we spring ahead....5 am will be 6 am right? That would be better...

I have gel nails. They're not as damaging to the nail bed as acylics, but they definitely do some damage.

So when Walter gets up, is he crying? Cranky? Or just want Mommy? Does he go back to sleep?
