I hate to say it but if someone doesn't reign her in soon, she may end up down that road like Britney did.

And he's a ******* for saying what he did. If their lives are in ruin now, it's because both of her parents did not exert control over her while she was a minor. The more people talked about Miley, the more money they made. Plain and simple. He can blame her "handlers" all he wants for setting up those photo shoots and all that. But it still goes back to him and her mom. They liked the money and neither one of them looked at the big picture of what it was doing to their family and Miley.

so so true. They're just freaking out now coz the gravytrain is pulling out and she's legal and they can't "look over" her expenses. And there's a terrible backlash against her. I guess its fine to push the envelope the way she wants, but if she's smart, she'll look to those like Lindsay and Britney and just see how fast it can spiral out of control.

Its sad though. To be so young and have so much happen already. I watched that movie "Last Song" and while it was a terribly boring movie, and she's a terrible actress in it, her body is insane. And that boy that played her boyfriend then became her boyfriend? YUMMY. But her parents were wrong to allow him to move into their home. Just another example of poor parenting, and how they put the priority in being her friend, rather than her parent.

Ooh, just found out that the weekend in Atlantic City is also the end of restaurant week. Lots of good food for cheap. You know I love it. Edward and I both have ressies for Friday night---sure you don't want to come? Edward and I will probably stay together anyway, but its just good to keep your account active by staying there....

Unfortunately, I don't think she'll look to Britney and Lindsay on not what to do. Not that I think she'll purposely try to mimic them but she won't see herself going along that same path. I feel bad for her. I think everyone pushed her to make that jump from tween star to adult star way too fast. But the money was good so what did anyone care then.

I'd love to join you. But Curt is just getting into the swing of things with his new job position. He's technically in a trial position to see how things work out. He doesn't want to ask for days off until things are more set in stone.

But you will have a drink for me and eat some really sweet decadent dessert?

Good! Thanks for asking. He's suppose to be on call 24/7 but they have been nice enough to ask him on a Friday if he's available for the weekend. So he's been telling them that Saturdays are no problem and he'll work Sunday if no one else can. We'll see what happens in a month.

oh, that's so good. Sounds so much better, at least with the consideration of asking him if he's like to work. That makes me happy for your family. Its less stress for you if he's closer to home. Yeah!

It was very good. Its actually a generic Baileys from Aldi but it was still very yummy and about half the price of regular Baileys. Only thing is it agrivates my heartburn so I end up putting out the fire with a lot of Tums.

**** Buy of the Day***** I got a new winter coat for Nick for next year for $13 at Walmart today. At the rate he's growing he might be able to wear it this year. The one he's wearing now is my last year's find and its already looking short in the arms. I can't keep up with clothes for this kid!!!

I hear you on that one! DS13 is in a 29x32 now which is so hard to fine. They are just a little big but with a belt work great and I'm hoping that he'll fit into them for a while. Last month I had to splurge and get him shorts since the ones from last summer didn't fit and he'll need them for vacation in a couple of weeks.

All I can say about Mick is it's a good thing the show was indoors instead of outside on a windy day. They would have had to tether him to the stage.

LITC, I've been doing a little more reading on this Billy Ray thing. In another interview, he takes part of the blame for being her friend instead of her parent. And then he goes on and on about Kurt Cobain and some other dead stars. The interview was super long and all over the place.

But the very core of the blame does lie with him and his wife. And by not putting a stop to things, they just as much condoned it.
