I was listening to my local radio station and in honor of Halloween they were talking about the "things" you have learned from watching horror movies. So my question to you is
What have you learned from watching horror movies?
and
What bugs you about the characters in horror movies that makes you want to smack them?
Here's mine regarding the 2nd question:
Whether it's a horror movie or even a TV show I'd like to know why whenever someone hears a noise they call out "Hello, who's there?". Then, they keep saying it over and over again as they walk toward where they think the noise came from. Way to let the killer know where you are you idiot!

DL...I'm a peeker too!
ah, good to know. Kinda like parking your car and forgetting where you left it. Which do you think is better? large or small boat? warm or cold? for me, East coast is definitely more convenient....
I would think a large boat would be better just so you could people watch. And avoid any annoying people. But then again, with a larger boat, there would be a larger percentage of annoying people!

Sounds good. I would go on a 4 day cruise, lesser party atmosphere.oh, I'm planted. I just don't know where to start! Bf isn't sure he's a "cruise person" so we'd have to take a short 3/4 day one first. With that thinking, I'd much rather go out of Port Canaveral and couple it with a US trip. At least I know the Orlando airport and we've driven out there before, so that would be familiar. Everything else? I don't know.
Then an inside would be just fine. We usually do inside also. All those categories confuse me. I mean, on vacations, we really don't spend that much time in the room. But I would think on a ship, the cheaper rooms will really make a difference? I'm not all about having a balcony or a suite, just something that I can put up with. I plan to be running around the ship all the time.
I'd like to avoid hurricane season as much as possible, so that probably leans towards a spring cruise. Winter is too unpredictable for me to get to the airport and back.
Too many choices! Its making me dizzy!
We have been on Carnival and have never noticed cigarette smell in our room. I do know that if your room does have an odor they will give it an extra cleaning for you.Hi to everyone.
I see that the topic of the evening is "CRUSING".
DH and I went on the Royal Caribbean line. We chose the "Freedom Of the Seas". Our room was on deck 2, midship. We had plenty of room.
We are planning to go again on her next year. Aug 28th-Sept4th~deck 8 forward.
DH wanted to try a new ship. I got info on Carnival and NCL. I received all the brochures and DVD's. When I got to looking on line, I found out both cruise lines allow smoking in the rooms.
We will stay with Royal Caribbean. I hope to get DH on a Disney Cruise sometime.
We loved Turks and Caicos. We stayed at "BEACHES". I would love to go back there too.
Chat again.

Friday was my DD's Bday so we took her out to dinner. Saturday I took her shopping..new jeans and new shoes.
We had left with just a minute left in the game thinking this team won't be able to get the the ball back and back down the field. Well we were wrong.
On the way to our car we heard two loud roars from the crowd (didn't know we were so loud). We turned on the radio just in time to hear they were on the 9 yard line, goal to go with only seconds left in the game! After 3 failed attempts to score, on the 4th down the pass was caught with no time left in the game! It was quite exciting.
Ev: The night before Halloween is often called Cabbage Night and people will go out and make mischief.
Took Walter TOT today (twice, once at daddys work and door to door) he lasted about an hour since it was less than 40 degrees out. He looked confused the enitre time!! LOL
Well gotta run, hope everyone had a great halloween.
I have a 50/50 chance of going to see Carrie Underwood tomorrow night FOR FREE!!!!
Take care everyone.
