Journal for the weekend. Rain, rain go away!!! It was a nasty gray weekend here. I got in a 4 mile walk Saturday when it finally quit. Sunday we had church then went to see Harry Potter. The only exercise I got was mowing the grass.

beef on a skewer

lunch: tuna, cheese crackers (1C)
cashews (1/2 C)
no carb bar
4 mile walk
pm: pork chop
green beans, cottage cheese
snack: cashews, no carb bar (1/2C)

am: 2 eggs, 1 slice toast (1C)
lunch: ceaser salad
proscuitto wrapped chicken
some bites off DD's ice cream dessert (1C)
snack: almonds (during Harry Potter 3)
pm: 1 C watermelon (1C)
