I'm helping a friend plan a trip to Universal and DLR for Sept/Oct of 2024, so we are a ways out. I feel pretty confident about the DLR side, but I've never taken my family to Universal. The family is very big into Harry Potter, so that will be their focus. They have 3 girls, who will be 7, 5, and 3 at the time of the trip. The middle child is very small for her age, so it is unlikely she'd meet any height requirements for rides.
Does it seem worth it for them to consider express passes? Or would it be a waste of money with the younger ones unable to ride a lot of attractions? I don't know that they will do much more beyond Wizarding World, since the little ones can't really go on any rides - this part of the trip is mainly for the grownups.
