tips/info on not-to-expensive quick get aways?

ok - we (DH and I) are not seasoned travelers and neither are our family and friends, so we don't have anyone to ask.....

anyone out there know of websites or have info on good times to get travel bargins on say short cruises or 3-4 day get aways to the Fla Keys or someplace warm.

We are lost and would like to try and plan a mommy and daddy only get away for our anniversiry this year.

we are flexable with travel time - anytime between now and the end of may.

Sign up for emails at TravelZoo.com. I get a couple emails a week with great travel specials. Unfortunately for us, they all seem to be short notice (within 3-4 months) trips and we aren't that flexible.
