I'm going to Disney with 2 2year old twins. We're staying at all star movie. Anyone have any top 10 tip lists? Thanks

We went in September with DD8 and DS2. DS loved Playhouse Disney. He still gets excited when he sees it on the Disney Channel. His favorite things were feeding the birds that always seemed to be around when we ate outside, playing in the water at Downtown Disney and the fireworks.

My twins took their first trip to the World in December 2002 when they were 2. It really was not as hard as I though it would be at all!! Just make sre you bring some of their comforts of home with you. Things like f avorite blankets, mine had to sleep with them so they went in the stroller every time. Plus having my own umbrella strollers were great, not just for the parks, but the long walks to the tram or back to your room, whatever, you need them so as not to have to carry 2 sleepy\tired kids.

Dont get nervous, just be well oranized, and make lists for yourself. Its fun!! They joy you will get from them is incredible!!

I recommend sending a box to the hotel before you go. Two weeks ahead is plenty. My box included some snacks, toys, blankets etc........things I didn't want to have to carry on the plane. If you are driving, you don't have to worry about those things. I also recommend making a PS at MK for a character meal.

NAPS, NAPS, NAPS!!! Be sure to take time out of your busy day for a nap. We took DS when he was 2 years 4 mo., he is one of those that does just fine with little sleep, so we thought we could drag him around until bedtime - around 9:00. He was a terror!!! Even riding in a stroller, there's just to much stimulation and they get worn out sooo... easily. I remember sitting in "Rainforest Cafe" and my little angel was screaming his head off. The next day, we all took naps!

Whenever I brought the kid when they were little and still taking naps I would be sure to stay at one of the hotels on the monorail route so it was easy to hop on one, nap and get back when they woke up.

My youngest was 2 the first time we went to Disney. She Loved it. One great thing at this age is (atleast my child) they sleep in a stroller. We didn't have to worry too much about her nap schedule...when she was tired, she fell asleep. Now, if your twins won't do that, do NOT go without a nap. It's so much better to spend less time in the park with a happy toddler.

Favorites.... (not in order)...Playhouse Disney, ALL of Fantasyland (Pooh, small world, carousel, peter pan, snow white, dumbo), Aladdin's carpet ride, Parades, Character pics/autographs, swimming, water fountains at DTD, spinning around and around on Buzz Lightyear.

Watch the classic movies before you go. Also, pick up the Sing Along VHS from Disneyland.

Use Early Entry and head over to Flying Dumbo. When the ride opens, Mickey and Minnie usually take a flight with the first kids in line.
