tips for services????

Are there any guide lines on tipping at the spa? There seems to be a "standard" for everything but what about services received at the spa? Also when refilling the refillable beer mugs, there is a line for a tip on the tab, how much do you guys tip? You pay for the mug and for the beer each time, by the way, can you take your mug from Wonder onto Magic? I noticed it is identical to the one we bought last year on Wonder, just wondering if the one on Magic is different? Thanks
