Tips for Exchanging Merchandise After Getting Home?

I bought a Mickey t-shirt during our trip a couple of weeks ago and after washing it once, the print is cracking and coming off. I'm hoping this shirt is just a dud since this has never happened before, so is there a number I can call to get a replacement? Has something like this ever happened to anyone here? I don't mind paying shipping or anything, but I hope that I don't have to pay $20 for a new t-shirt.
 
I think I'd call the merchandising phone number 407-363-6200 I believe, and ask them. They'll let you know what can be done but I would think they'd exchange the shirt for you.
 
We got home from our trip in September to find that the security tag had been left on one of the spouse's sweatshirts. It was one of the ink-releasing ones so we didn't dare mess with it. We called the merchandising number and they gave us a return authorization number which we included on the return packaging. They took off the tag and shipped it back to us within the week. I assume they will do something similar related to a defective product. Definitely start with the merchandising number.
